My Job

I got a job!! At a hair salon :) I clean, sweep, answer the phones (Once!) and organize stuff. I'm basically a personal assistant, washing her car and such ;) I don't mind. I got payed on Friday! I work about 8 hours a week. I know, sooo exhausting. Lol.

GRAAAAHHHHH

Had a shot in the be-hind today... Hurt really bad!
And now I have a cough. Dunno where that came from. So I got cough medicine and antibiotics. Oh. My. Goodness. all pills. I can't even swallow pills, I dunno how this is gonna EVEN work.
We had to wait in the clinic waiting room for 3 HOURS. Funnest time of my life, lemme tell ya.

Oh and like the new theme? Since its getting to be fall, I thought I'd be seasonal.

Super Duper

I lasted a whole month in school before getting sick! Yay me! I feel awful...

Watchin some Disney movie with Madi. Taylor Swift is in it? Im confused. Its like, a Hannah Montana thing... Madi's enjoying it anyway.

Whats with school? I mean really. Just answer that question for me. Its so. Blah. Lol. Homework and essays and homework and MATH. Whats with math? Oh my. Whats with PHYSICS!? No one can answer that...

Macbook Air

At long last, we have finally found each other.

I got a Mac Book Air!! It's the coolest thing, there are SO many amazing gadgets and features... and just FUN!

-Madi just typed that on my Macbook, she's constantly trying to touch it. Yesterday I was locked out of it! My password wouldn't work for some reason, I was in a panic! She had been messing with it, pushing buttons and such, so I blamed it on her. And it wasn't even her fault! Poor thing, I felt so bad. I finally got back in! Never been so relieved in my life. Lol.

I am so paranoid that I'm gonna forget it somewhere or... accidentally drop it or... leave it in the car and it get stolen... I'm just so worried!! I want it in my sight at all times. :P

And I'm still learning all the little things about it, like I can't figure out why there isn't a right click. Theres a left click. But I'm trying to copy and paste and I don't know how!! Maybe some tech-y can send me a comment and help? It really bothers me. Heh.

 Just a few of the absurdly dumb TV shows that our kids are watching today. They are strangely addictive (I would know, I have been sucked in multiple times). Youre glued to the screen, I think the vivid colors have something to do with it :P Its so stupid you want to turn it off, and the constant audience laughter is the MOST annoying and loud sound... They actually ENCOURAGE stupidity! Someone does something absolutely and completely unrealistic, and everyone laughs, its hilarious. To everyone but the parents watching from the kitchen. And maybe its just kids. Child minds being undeveloped or something. The fact its so amusing, is in effect, amusing! But the fact its NOT CARTOON makes it sooo much worse!! I would totally understand all this if it was fake. Animation, pretend. But no, its real life people, OLDER people than the children watching, setting the example. Showing kids whats smart, whats funny, whats "real life". And its far from it. I would advise turning off Nick and Disney for a day and turning on Animal Planet. Or at least put on some "real" cartoons...
